Two day tour - Johannesburg/Gold Reef City and Pretoria/Cullinan Diamond Mine

Day 1: Pickup at your hotel or other accommodation at 8.00 am. Travel to Gold Reef City, a lively and imaginative reconstruction of Johannesburg in the 1890s. Visit the interesting museums and take an informative underground tour of the now disused mine. See gold being poured and displays of tribal and "gumboot" dancing.

After lunch, continue on to Pretoria, South Africa's administrative capital. Tour the city and visit Paul Kruger's immaculately restored home. Check in at Leriba Lodge where an optional cultural presentation is available in the evening.

Overnight: Leriba Lodge DBB

Day 2: Following breakfast, visit the Voortrekker Monument and Museum and then travel to the town of Cullinan for lunch followed by a tour of the famous Cullinan Diamond Mine.

After your tour of the mine, return to Johannesburg at approximately 5.00pm.
