Terms and Conditions |
- SATGo Terms and Conditions - applicable to Clients
and Advertisers
- SATGo is committed to providing site visitors
with accurate information. We reserve the right
to edit and or omit inaccurate information.
- In the event of a client deliberately providing
inaccurate information, especially to improve their
ranking by the SATGo search engine, we reserve the
right to remove that client from the web site without
refunding any fees paid.
- SATGo does not take bookings on behalf of its
clients. We measure our success by the number of
people that visit our site and then contact our
clients and become their clients. Therefore we link
to our clients' sites and non-competitive sites
that contribute to this objective.
- Upon receipt of all the required information it
will be loaded on the SATGo web site and the client
invoiced immediately. If payment in full is not
received within 15 days of the invoice being emailed,
SATGo reserves the right to withdraw the listing
from the site until such payment is received.
- Services charged for monthly will be invoiced
on the first day of the month.
- SATGo will update a client's information and or
data for no charge if the alteration is deemed reasonable.
Reasonable changes include changes in contact details
and one rate change per year. Further updates will
be charged for at SATGo's hourly maintenance rate.
- Material provided to SATGo for inclusion on the
site must be in a format such that it can be posted
without any alterations or additional work. Any
additional work will be charged for at SATGo's hourly
maintenance rate. Although SATGo reserves the right
to edit and limit what information a client includes,
the client has the right to put forward what information
is relevant to its marketing.
- Submission of information required to be a client
and or advertiser on the SATGo site, is an acknowledgement
of entering into a contract with SATGo and implies
acceptance of our standard terms and conditions.
- SATGo shall not be liable to the client for any
loss or damage arising directly, indirectly, or
consequentially, from any defect whatsoever, whether
patent or latent, in goods supplied, advice given,
or services rendered, by SATGo, and the client indemnifies
SATGo and holds SATGo harmless from any claim in
this regard which may be made by any third party
against SATGo.
- All prices exclude VAT. SATGo is not yet registered
for VAT.
- No amendment, variation, or consensual cancellation
hereof, including this clause, shall be of any force
or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by
both parties.
